What we collect

Account data: your email, display name, plan and credit balance.

Artwork and outputs: the files you upload and the production files generated from them, stored so you can re-download them.

Usage data: pages viewed, conversions run and anonymous A/B test events used to improve the product.

Payments

Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a Stripe customer reference so subscriptions and optional automatic top-up work.

Your artwork

Uploaded artwork is used only to produce your files. We do not sell it, publish it, or use it to train public models. You can delete a project — and its files — at any time from the studio.

Who can see your data

Your profile, projects and credit history are private to your account and protected by row-level database rules. Staff access is limited to support requests you initiate.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure site performance, ad visits, sign-ups and purchases. In regions requiring consent, these tools remain off until you choose analytics or advertising measurement. Meta may receive page and purchase details, device information, ad-click identifiers and a hashed email for an eligible purchase when advertising measurement is accepted.

Your choice records when you decided and the version of the notice shown. You can withdraw or change it anytime using Privacy settings in the footer; changes apply to future events and do not affect product functionality.

Your rights

Email support@stitchaipro.shop to export or permanently delete your account and files. We action deletion requests within 30 days.
